    Huajing Wen

    President and CEO/Sr. Consultant

    Ms. Huajing Wen has over ten years’ experience in the environmental consulting, corporate EHS (Environmental, Health and Safety) management, project development, event planning, education and training.

    Ms. Huajing Wen has an MBA from Lehigh University and an MS in Environmental Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in the United States. She graduated from Beijing University of Chemical Technology with a BS in Applied Chemistry. Her researches were published in the international environmental journals such as Environmental Engineering Science. She is currently an external expert hired by the Gold Standard Foundation in Switzerland.

    Ms. Huajing Wen has actively engaged in social welfare activities. She worked or volunteered in various domestic and foreign non-profit organizations such as: Engineers Without Borders, Water for People and Global Environmental Institute (GEI).  At Worcester Polytechnic Institute and Lehigh University, she founded the organizations to help American families with adopted Chinese children to learn Chinese culture.

    Grace Wen

    Vice President/Sr. Consultant

    Ms. Grace Wen has over 10 years’ experience in the environmental, chemistry and chemical engineering fields. Graduated from Sichuan University with a BS in Chemical Engineering, Ms. Grace Wen continued her graduate education in the United States.  She first obtained an MS in Chemical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and then an MBA with Project Management Certificate from Lehigh University. Her researches in environmental and engineering studies were published in the international journals such as Computers & Chemical Engineering, Industrial & Engineering Chemistry Research. She was also awarded the Environmental Division Graduate Student Paper Award from American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE), the world's leading organization for chemical engineering professionals.

    Ms. Grace Wen has worked in the U.S. for many years. She has held various positions of increasing responsibility at Sanofi, a Fortune 500 company, serving as Associate Scientist, Scientist (Principal Investigator) and Sr. Business Analyst (Project Leader).  Prior to joining Sanofi, Ms. Grace Wen was a Sr. Scientist at Absorption Systems, a pharmaceutical CRO (Contract Research Organization).  While pursuing her graduate degree at Michigan Technological University, Ms. Grace Wen was a Vice President of the university’s Chinese Students & Scholar Association (CSSA).

    Jerry Strub

    Mr. Jerry Strub is currently a Vice President at Weston Solutions (WESTON®), one of the top environmental consulting firms in the United States.  Weston Solutions has delivered integrated environmental, sustainability, property redevelopment, renewable energy, and construction solutions to the customers for more than a half century.

    Mr. Strub has over 30 years of experience in marketing and sales in the environmental field. At Weston Solutions, Mr. Strub is in charge of strategic planning for up to $150 million global business and leading the global market development team. As a General Manager at Waste Management, Inc., a multi-billion dollar international environmental company, he was responsible for identifying and developing business growth strategies in the global and domestic markets. Mr. Strub holds an MBA in e-Business from University of Phoenix and a BS in Chemistry from Truman State University.

    Dr. Weiping Dai  

    Principal Consultant at Trinity Consultants, U.S.

    Dr. Weiping Dai is currently the Principal Consultant at Trinity Consultants, working in its headquarter in Dallas, United States.  He also manages China and Southeast Asia’s business in Trinity’s BREEZE Environmental Software, Data & Service department.

    With over 15 years of work experience at Trinity’s U.S. headquarter, Dr. Dai has accumulated deep knowledge and experience in environmental and engineering consulting. He is a well-known expert in air quality assessment, air dispersion modeling, pollution control technology, industrial spills, industrial risk assessment and EHS fields. He specializes in a variety of air quality/meteorological models (CALMET/CALPUFF, AERMOD, CAMx/CMAQ, WFR/MM5) and accidental release models.

    Dr. Dai has published numerous papers in academic conferences and professional journals and taught short courses in air quality model assessment and application worldwide. He has served as a long-term visiting professor in Southern Methodist University, teaching graduate courses in air quality management, aerosol science and technology, etc. Dr. Dai has a PhD in Environmental Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, an MS in Environmental Engineering from University of Cincinnati, dual bachelor's degrees (one in Environmental Engineering, the other in Economics) from Tsinghua University. He also holds a Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas, U.S.

    Mr. Richard Cartwright is the Senior Vice President at MECx, LP in the United States, an innovative technology-driven company dedicated to providing cost-effective, unique “outside of the box” solutions to soil & groundwater remediation, environmental engineering, and compliance problems. With over 40 years’ industry experience, he has a proven "hands-on" track record of solving difficult hazardous materials problems at landfills, brownfields, manufacturing facilities, chemical plants, oil refineries, and retail petroleum outlets. 

    Mr. Cartwright is also an internationally recognized course instructor and motivational platform speaker on in-situ chemical oxidation soil remediation and groundwater remediation, hazardous materials management, professional certification & ethics, and successful career planning strategies.  He is the author of the "CHMM Career Planning and Survival Guide".

    He is a past President of the National Academy of Certified Hazardous Materials Managers and has served five terms on their National Board of Directors. At their 2005 National Conference, he received the prestigious “Pete Cook Founders Award” for distinguished lifetime leadership, dedicated service and professional achievement within the hazardous materials management profession. He has an MBA in Operations and Logistics Management from Indiana University, a BES in Chemical Engineering from Brigham Young University, and a Professional Certificate in Project Management from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

    Ning Liu
    Specialties:  Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) 

    Mr. Ning Liu has many years of consulting experience in the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) field (eg. HACCP, ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, ISO16949). He has provided environmental consulting to many large and medium-sized government entities and private enterprises, including: Nanjing Jiangning Economic and Technological Development Zone, Nanjing Putian Telecommunications Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Academy of Safety Science and Technology, Nanjing Urban Development and Construction Group, Nanjing Communications Technician College, Nanjing Red Sun Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Huahong Group, Jiangsu Construction Engineering Group, Nanjing Qinhuai River Navigation Management Bureau, Jiangsu Shaobo River Navigation Management Bureau, and Jiangsu Lianxu Expressway Co, Ltd. 

    Mr. Liu was in charge of developing the high-end member health management system for Global Doctor, an international health care enterprise that provides western-style medical and emergency assistance services to foreign companies and expatriates. He was also responsible for designing MASTERCARD health products. He is currently the Consulting Director at EUBODY Management Consulting Co. and the Secretary General at Nanjing Mochou Environment Organization. 

    Mr. Liu’s strong EHS qualifications include: national safety assessor, principal consultant of international quality management system, principal consultant of international environmental management system, principal consultant of occupational health management system, senior environmental engineering project manager, national cleaner production auditor, environmental labels inspector, member of Chinese Preventive Medicine Association and member of All-China Environment Federation. He graduated with a BS in Public Health from the Department of Preventive Medicine in Yichun University.  

    Chengzhi Wu

    Specialties:  atmospheric environmental impact assessment, pollution prevention

    Mr. Chengzhi Wu graduated from Zhejiang University with an MS in Environmental Engineering. He is currently a manager and senior consultant at Trinity Consultants, China office. 

    Mr. Wu has extensive experience in environmental impact assessment and consulting fields such as air quality dispersion model, meteorological data processing and analysis, risk assessment of accidental releases and noise simulation. He is proficient in various environmental models (eg. SCREEN3, AERSCREEN, AERMOD, CALPUFF, ISCST3, DEGADIS, SLAB, INPUFF, ALOHA, etc).  Mr. Wu also has broad experience applying various environmental models for regional-scale simulation, especially MM5 and CAMx simulation analysis for urban scale gaseous and particle pollutants. As an expert in odor evaluation, he has successfully used FLUX CHAMBER for sampling and analysis of odor intensity and performing odor impact assessment in landfill sites. 

    Mr. Wu has led a series of environmental trainings and seminars for air dispersion modeling around China. He has also taught various models for atmospheric diffusion forecast, noise prediction and risk prediction in many environmental institutions. He led or participated in a large number of air quality, risk analysis and noise evaluation projects (including oil refining, roads, tunnels, landfills, farms, etc). 

    Mr. Wu is a productive researcher who had dozens of environmental articles published in various domestic and international journals. He is a member of international Air & Waste Management Association (A&WMA). 

    Chunsheng Yao

    Specialties: environmental management


    Mr. Chunsheng Yao is currently the Program Officer of the Air and Water Conservation Fund at National Geographic. He graduated from Department of Resources and Environment, Beijing Normal University, with a major in Geography. He earned two master degrees. One is from the Institute of Remote Sensing Applications, Chinese Academy of Sciences, studying Geographical Information System (GIS) and the other is from EU Erasmus Mundus Master Program of Environmental Science, Policy and Management (MESPOM), focusing on environmental management and policy. In the International Institute of Industrial Environmental Economics at University of Lund in Sweden, Mr. Yao’s researches were in the fields of corporate environmental management strategy, ISO14000, Environmental Management System (EMS), eco-design, green supply chain, life cycle analysis and other corporate environmental management tools.


    Mr. Yao’s work has been focused in the environment and development field, including international development agencies, NGOs, and enterprises. He served as Program Officer of the Cultural and Education Section of British Consulate-General for Skills for Social Entrepreneurs Program, and of the Global Environmental Institute for Rural Energy and Climate Change Project, promoting market-based business models to solve various environmental problems. Prior to this, he served as Program Manager for the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) China Education for Sustainable Development Program and actively promoted environmental education on corporate social responsibility, recycling economy and sustainable development.


    He was awarded Senior Trainer Certificate in Renewable Energy Education by China’s Ministry of Environmental Protection. 


    Xuehui Tian

    Ms. Xuehui Tian graduated from Qingdao University of Science & Technology with a BS in environmental science. She then obtained an MS in Environmental Engineering from Shenyang Aerospace University. She is currently a full-time environmental consultant at Evergreen Bridge.

    Ms. Tian has knowledge and experience in solid waste treatment & disposal, heavy metal migration, and other environmental fields. She was an active participant in the “Kinetic Studies on the Migration of Heavy Metals in Fly Ash from the Combustion of Landfill Gas” project, sponsored by China’s 863 Program (national high-tech R&D program).

    Ms. Tian’s research results were published in multiple international conference proceedings. For example: Ms. Tian had her paper titled “The Migration of Heavy Metals in Fly Ash by Thermal Treatment” and paper titled “Kinetic and Thermodynamic Study of CdCl2 Volatilizing in Air Atmosphere” published in the proceeding of the 2nd International Conference on Asian-European Environmental Technology and Knowledge Transfer, and her paper titled “Kinetics Study and Influence of Ca/Si on Evaporation of CuCl2 in Thermal Process” published in the proceeding of the 5th International Conference on Combustion, Incineration/Pyrolysis and Emission Control.

    Zhenzhen Liu

    Ms. Zhenzhen Liu has a BS in Environmental Science from Zhejiang Normal University and an MS in Environmental Science and Engineering from University of Science and Technology of China. She is currently a full-time environmental consultant at Evergreen Bridge.

    Ms. Liu’s research experiences have been focused in water treatment and soil microflora fields. She presented her research findings in the 18th International Conference on Environmental Indicators and 2010 Annual Meeting of International Society of Environmental Indicators. She had her papers published in multiple international journals. For example: her paper titled “Analysis of Physiological Polymorphism of Chinese Tobacoo Strains of Ralstonia Solanacearum” was published in “International Journal of Biodiversity and Conservation” and her paper titled “Effect of K1, K2 Anti-bacterial Agents on Tobacco Ralstonia Solanacearum” was published in “Engineering”.

    Xin He

    Specialty: environmental consulting


    Mr. Xin He graduated from University of Science and Technology of China. He earned dual bachelor degrees, one in Environmental Science and the other in Finance, and an MS in Environmental Science and Engineering.


    Mr. He’s research experiences have been in the fields of heavy metal pollution, greenhouse gas emissions and financial contagion.  He participated in some key research projects funded by National Natural Science Foundation and Polar Environment Comprehensive Investigation & Assessment Programs in China.


    Mr. He had his paper “Sea Ice in the Arctic Ocean: Role of Shielding and Consumption of Methane” published in the internationally renowned journal “Atmospheric Environment”. In the popular book series "Tell Me Why" (6th edition) published by China Children Press, Mr. He was the author of  "Why glacier ice is blue?" "Why some glaciers have black and white stripes?", "Why frozen land is the biggest challenge of the construction of Qinghai-Tibet railway?" and "Will thawing of frozen soil affect global warming?"
